About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at 345 Technology. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing Director in implementing our Sales and Marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Plan, design, and execute internal and external events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to promote our brand and products.
  • Develop and maintain our company website, including creating and editing content, managing social media, and analyzing website traffic and engagement metrics.
  • Manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our content marketing strategy, including creating and editing blog posts, articles, and other content.
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to develop and implement sales collateral, including sales sheets, brochures, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to our Sales and Marketing Director, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
