About the Role

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and online presence
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage with target audiences
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including market research, segmentation, and targeting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing software
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development
