Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and offline
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Lead and support the development of marketing materials, including website content, social media, and email marketing
  • Oversee the organization of events and exhibitions to promote our brand and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing tools
  • Experience with Oracle CRM is an asset
