Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Executive to join their team. As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging content and artwork for advertising, email campaigns, and brochures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote the company's services.
  • Brochure Production: Coordinate the production of brochures, newsletters, and direct mail to effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the company's customer CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Brand Campaigns: Manage brand campaigns with third-party suppliers to ensure effective execution and delivery.
  • Content Support: Provide content support for social media campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Advertisement Scheduling: Organize digital and print advertisement schedules to meet deadlines and ensure effective campaign execution.
  • PR and Image Requirements: Coordinate PR requests and image requirements to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Event Support: Support the wider marketing team with the organization of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including marketing activity coordination, brochure fulfillment, and data management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of A-level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Travel Industry Experience: Travel industry experience highly desirable.
  • Marketing Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Email Marketing Experience: Significant experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Brochure Production Experience: Experience in brochure production or similar printed material.
  • Copywriting and Proofreading: Strong copywriting and proofreading experience for various formats.
  • Project Management: Experience of working on multiple projects and campaigns and working to deadlines.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Imagery Sourcing and Editing: Experience of sourcing and editing imagery.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Salary dependent on experience, but circa £33k.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid role, 2-3 days office-based in Hampshire.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
