Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and artwork for advertising, email campaigns, and brochures. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives, including email marketing, social media, and event marketing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Marketing Activities: Coordinate marketing activities, including brochure production, data management, and event planning.
  • Team Support: Support the wider marketing team with event planning, trade show participation, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of A-level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on brand marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, experience with email marketing campaigns, brochure production, and project management.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Photoshop.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Salary dependent on experience, but circa £33k.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2-3 days office-based in Hampshire, with the option to work remotely.
