C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Executive to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and campaigns to promote the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to showcase the company's brand and products.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to target specific audiences and drive engagement.
  • Brochure Production: Coordinate the production of high-quality brochures and other marketing materials.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the company's customer database and ensure accurate data management.
  • Brand Campaigns: Collaborate with external suppliers to manage brand campaigns and ensure successful execution.
  • Content for Social Media: Support the creation of content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness.
  • Advertisement Scheduling: Organize and coordinate the scheduling of digital and print advertisements to meet deadlines.
  • PR and Image Requirements: Coordinate PR requests and ensure timely delivery of image requirements.
  • Event Support: Assist the marketing team with the organization of events and trade shows.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including marketing activity coordination, brochure fulfillment, and data management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of A-level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Travel Industry Experience: Travel industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Marketing Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Email Marketing Experience: Significant experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Brochure Production Experience: Experience in brochure production or similar printed material.
  • Copywriting and Proofreading: Strong copywriting and proofreading experience for various formats.
  • Project Management: Experience of working on multiple projects and campaigns, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Salary dependent on experience, but circa £33k.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid role, with 2-3 days office-based in Hampshire.
