Marketing Communications Specialist
C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team. This specialist travel company operates a diverse range of holidays to worldwide destinations and requires a Marketing Communications Specialist to coordinate social media activity, create engaging content and artwork for advertising, e-newsletters and brochures, and contribute to the production of brochures for each of their specialist brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing communications strategies to promote the company's brand and products.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters and direct mail.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
- Organize and coordinate digital and print advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality artwork.
- Support the marketing team in the organization of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including marketing activity coordination, brochure fulfillment and data management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of A-level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
- Travel industry experience is highly desirable.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in brochure production and creation of engaging content.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for various formats.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and campaigns, working to deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in sourcing and editing imagery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Photoshop.
Additional Information:
- Salary dependent on experience, up to circa £33k.
- Hybrid role, with 3 days office-based in Hampshire.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
