Job Description

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Executive to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and campaigns to promote the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to showcase the company's brand and products.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to target specific audiences and drive engagement.
  • Brochure Production: Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-quality brochures to promote the company's services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain the company's customer database to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Brand Campaigns: Collaborate with external suppliers to develop and execute brand campaigns that meet the company's objectives.
  • Content Management: Support the creation and publication of content across various channels, including social media and the company website.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects and campaigns to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data management and marketing activity coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: A level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in email marketing and brochure production.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and campaigns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid Role: 2-3 days per week office-based in Hampshire.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
