About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at 345 Technology. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing efforts, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Plan, design, and execute internal and external events, ensuring they are professionally managed and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Marketing Execution
    • Execute lead generation strategies, tracking their effectiveness and ensuring they achieve ROI.
    • Maintain and enforce compliance with our brand guidelines.
    • Design, create, and update all required marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Content and Website Management
    • Oversee content management on our company websites, including uploading videos, articles, and optimizing content for SEO using Yoast.
    • Create and manage digital assets using Canva, such as business cards, event flyers, banners, and LinkedIn images.
  • Event Coordination
    • Coordinate webinars and in-person events, including logistics, decor, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media and Communications
    • Manage our company's LinkedIn page, with a mix of content including videos, articles, news, and recruitment updates.
    • Compile and distribute the monthly LinkedIn Newsletter, summarizing our company's activities, announcements, and upcoming events.
  • Content Creation
    • Design marketing collateral using Canva for various platforms and purposes, including LinkedIn banners, social media posts, and event badges.
    • Edit and transcribe weekly videos using Canva and Happy Scribe, ensuring transcripts are accurate and content is SEO optimized.
  • Sales Support
    • Work with the Sales team to research and provide insights for targeted market sectors.
    • Develop sales collateral, customer case studies, and tailored content to support sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Compile data from various sources, including LinkedIn, A1 WebStats, and Google Analytics, to create comprehensive marketing reports.
    • Present performance insights and recommendations to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage the ordering of business cards, workwear, and promotional items to support company branding and events.
    • Maintain and update branding guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

This is a maternity cover contract for 9 months, and the role will be based in our Winchester office, with the option to work from home on Wednesday and Friday.
