Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Commercial Manager for Wholesale to lead our initiatives in establishing and nurturing relationships with mobile operators. This role is essential for enhancing the company's overall profitability by negotiating new contracts and developing robust commercial business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with carriers and roaming partners to build and sustain strong relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize new agreements with mobile operators to optimize wholesale costs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to fortify commercial business cases.
  • Partner with the finance team for precise deal analysis.
  • Oversee commercial assessments of significant agreements and assist in negotiations.
  • Manage forecasting and budget planning for the Wholesale team.
  • Enhance cost efficiency across the Wholesale sector.
  • Maintain and update databases and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Drive strategic initiatives within the wholesale domain.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the mobile industry and technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in mobile wholesale, particularly in MVNO and roaming.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a proven record of securing advantageous agreements.
  • Strong commercial insight and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to think creatively and strategically.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
