Global Trade Parts Programme Manager

MSXI is partnering with JLR to execute a worldwide strategy focused on enhancing genuine parts sales to aftermarket repairers. We are looking for a Global Programme Manager to lead the development and execution of this initiative across our global teams.

Role Overview:

The Global Trade Parts Programme Manager will spearhead the launch and management of our digital platform and sales strategies through our in-market teams, assisting JLR Retailers in elevating their parts sales to trade clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with MSXI and JLR stakeholders to provide leadership that ensures the successful execution of the program and the achievement of established KPIs.

  • Develop, manage, and implement the project growth strategy
  • Offer expert guidance and support to our in-market teams
  • Oversee the creation, launch, and effective use of the digital platform
  • Establish and implement sales processes, initiatives, and incentives
  • Drive the professional development plan for Retailers
  • Analyze sales metrics and guide strategic planning
  • Provide innovative thought leadership for proposition development
  • Foster strong relationships with JLR and MSXI stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

This position is ideal for an individual with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills. The perfect candidate for the Global Trade Parts Programme Manager role should be a proactive leader with:

  • Proven success in Trade parts initiatives
  • Experience in project, account, and personnel management
  • A strategic and analytical mindset for developing activities
  • Proficiency in IT platforms and MS Office
  • A track record of managing complex projects
  • Experience working across various markets is a plus

Work Schedule and Location:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
