POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager to spearhead both company-wide and brand-specific trade marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal during a transformative phase for Harpar Grace International, particularly in enhancing our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio across various sectors.

The Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager will be a proactive and results-oriented professional, responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining a successful trade activity strategy. This strategy will support our dynamic market entry and integrated marketing efforts to promote a cohesive range of luxury skincare and wellness products.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Commercial Director, Sales Teams, and Transformation Lead. Your leadership will drive HGI's marketing and campaign activities across all trade channels, supported by thorough analysis and engagement insights to boost brand visibility, customer interaction, and sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Strategy Development

  • Align the trade strategy with HGI's long-term objectives to ensure consistency and support for broader company goals.
  • Share P&L responsibilities, providing both proactive and reactive strategies to meet targets.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and coordinate representation for HGI.
  • Deliver monthly updates on trade marketing status to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to create effective lead generation and event marketing campaigns.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance against objectives.

Brand Management and Positioning

  • Act as an ambassador for the HGI brand, ensuring consistency and compliance across all stakeholder interactions.
  • Support selective distribution while enhancing brand presence.
  • Manage HGI brand equity across all channels, adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all trade processes reflect best practices for a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain a strong industry presence to facilitate brand positioning and penetration.
  • Champion HGI as both a collective brand and an individual entity, ensuring comprehensive market knowledge.
  • Ensure messaging, tone, and visual identity align with HGI brand standards.

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Implementation

  • Formulate trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Identify key objectives, target demographics, messaging, channels, and tactics for each initiative.

  • Support an educational program that emphasizes the clinical efficacy of HGI's brand portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences throughout their journey.
  • Develop business toolkits to support sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Manage events that showcase the HGI brand and drive sales growth.

Performance Evaluation

  • Monitor HGI brand and trade P&Ls, managing them effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Utilize data insights to refine campaign strategies and targeting.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.
