Our client is a forward-thinking, innovative insolvency firm that is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to enhance their team.

We are in search of candidates who are intelligent, driven, and most importantly, who can embody the core values of the organization – fostering creativity, being approachable, and delivering exceptional service consistently.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Composing letters and official reports
  • Tracking and updating case schedules to ensure compliance with all statutory and internal deadlines
  • Generating precise file notes based on bank statements and other inquiries
  • Preparing regular case assessments and ensuring proper file maintenance
  • Communicating with creditors, debtors, and company directors
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Drafting standard documents and correspondence
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Utilizing our internal systems to accurately document information
  • Providing administrative assistance to the wider team
The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team; a proactive attitude is essential.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility and hybrid working options available.
