Junior Client Services Coordinator
- The firm promotes a professional and innovative atmosphere where team members work together to provide exceptional service to clients.
- You will offer both technical and administrative assistance to the Partners and advisors.
- You will serve as a primary contact for clients and external parties, addressing general inquiries and welcoming visitors to the office.
- You will manage business submissions utilizing specialized software, and your role will involve regular use and oversight of the firm's CRM system.
- It is essential to keep the back-office system current by maintaining active files and case notes.
- You will provide additional support to the Partners as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Junior Client Services Coordinator
We are looking for individuals eager to embark on a career in the financial services sector.
- Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the ability to navigate specialized software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Standard working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Initial holiday entitlement starts at 20 days, with an additional 2 days granted during the Christmas period at the company's discretion.
After completing a year of service (or 9 months or more in the first holiday year), holiday entitlement will increase by 1 day annually, up to a maximum of 25 days.
After a decade with the firm, holiday entitlement will rise to 27 days.
Sick leave policy includes 8 days within a rolling 12-month period, after which Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) will apply.
Pension contributions are available.
Support for professional qualifications is also provided.
