Client Services Coordinator

At NielsenIQ, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Junior Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing proactive and reactive support to clients across various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, including scheduling product deliveries, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client services and drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of client-facing materials, such as reports and presentations, to effectively communicate client insights and recommendations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
