Client Service Coordinator

Our client is a reputable financial planning and wealth management practice seeking a skilled Client Service Administrator to join their team.
The Role
This is a dynamic position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, working closely with Financial Advisers to ensure seamless client service.
- Prepare and review client valuations and packs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process post-review paperwork and correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with clients and providers, responding to queries via phone, email, and post.
- Ensure financial transactions are completed correctly and files are compliant with FCA regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and data, adhering to internal compliance procedures.
- Obtain and interpret information from providers and fund managers, keeping Financial Planners informed.
- Prepare and send letters of authority and correspondence to clients, introducers, and third parties.
- Prepare new client meeting packs and perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Ability to work independently, following training and guidance.
