Our client is a reputable financial planning and wealth management practice seeking a skilled Client Service Administrator to join their team.

The Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, working closely with Financial Advisers to ensure seamless client service.

  1. Prepare and review client valuations and packs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Process post-review paperwork and correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and providers, responding to queries via phone, email, and post.
  4. Ensure financial transactions are completed correctly and files are compliant with FCA regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate client records and data, adhering to internal compliance procedures.
  6. Obtain and interpret information from providers and fund managers, keeping Financial Planners informed.
  7. Prepare and send letters of authority and correspondence to clients, introducers, and third parties.
  8. Prepare new client meeting packs and perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work accurately with numbers.
  3. Ability to work independently, following training and guidance.
