Sanctuary Supported Living is excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries

• Build strong relationships with clients, assisting them in developing essential life skills

• Manage occasional emergencies or challenging situations

• Strive to provide exceptional service to all clients

• Organize and facilitate social activities as needed

• Oversee certain health and safety tasks, including fire safety checks

• Maintain the security of the service

• Document and update client records

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with young individuals or vulnerable populations, including those with mental health challenges or substance use issues

• Proven ability to work effectively in demanding situations

• Strong communication skills

• Proficient in using IT systems
