We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Morgan Sindall Construction. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver post-contract services to our clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Assist in the organization of customer service operatives' daily diaries, coordinating works and liaising with the customer service manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Deal with customer correspondence, ensuring timely acknowledgments and resolution of issues, while carrying out general office administrative duties.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM database experience to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide timely and effective support and resolution of issues.
- Proven experience in customer service administration, with a strong understanding of CRM database management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in using CRM databases.
