Engineering Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Manager to join our team at People with Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Site Services Team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the engineering, planning, and execution of site works, including mechanical and electrical installations, servicing, and commissioning.
- Develop and implement risk assessments, method statements, and safe working procedures for personnel.
- Lead and manage the Site Services team, including mechanical and electrical technicians, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in site management, project management, or project engineering within a customer-focused environment.
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline, or significant related work experience.
