Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services, acting as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Quote Preparation: Review client requirements and specifications to prepare accurate service quotes.
  • Securing Service Orders: Communicate with clients to negotiate and finalize service agreements.
  • Delivering Services: Schedule service appointments considering client preferences/technician availability/work permits and offshore certification.
  • Monitor Service Delivery Progress: Address any issues or delays, and provide updates to clients as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and issues.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources such as staff, equipment, and materials to support service delivery.
  • Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients based on completed services and agreed-upon terms.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Work Effectively: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Computer Software: Proficiency in using computer software and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of Service Management Software: Knowledge of service management software or tools.
  • Experience in a Similar Industry: Experience in a similar industry or field.
