This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to learn and develop your skills in a busy financial services practice.

As a Trainee Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our Financial Planning Partners and advisers. You will be the first point of contact for clients and third parties, dealing with general enquiries and meeting and greeting at the office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning Partners and advisers
* Manage the Practice's CRM database
* Maintain live files and case notes
* Provide additional support to the Financial Planning Partners as required

Requirements:

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and ability to navigate bespoke software
* Good time management and planning skills
* Keen to start work in the financial services industry

What We Offer:

* Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
* 20 days' holiday, plus 2 extra days granted by the company at Christmas
