Financial Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisers and wider team in delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial planning process and experience using industry software, ideally gained within an IFA or financial services practice. You will be responsible for providing holistic support to clients, including the preparation of reports and research, and assisting with the submission and processing of new business.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the provision of holistic financial planning services for clients
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and research
  • Support the submission and processing of new business
  • Recommend improvements to client records and systems

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Financial Planning (or willingness to study towards)
  • At least two years' experience in Financial Services administration
