Join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited and take on a challenging role as a Client Service Administrator in our Asset Management department.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers. As a Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing client valuations and review packs, processing post-review related paperwork, and communicating with clients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare client valuations and review packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  2. Process post-review related paperwork and prepare relevant correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  3. Communicate with clients and providers, responding to queries via telephone, email, and post in a timely manner
  4. Ensure financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant by following internal compliance procedures
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data, adhering to data protection regulations
  6. Obtain and interpret information from providers and fund managers, keeping Financial Planners informed of all communications
  7. Prepare new client meeting packs and other general administration duties as assigned

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 1 year working in an administrative position, preferably in a financial services environment
  2. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  3. Ability to work unsupervised, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
