Client Service Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers. As a Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing client valuations and review packs, processing post-review related paperwork, and communicating with clients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client valuations and review packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Process post-review related paperwork and prepare relevant correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Communicate with clients and providers, responding to queries via telephone, email, and post in a timely manner
- Ensure financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant by following internal compliance procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data, adhering to data protection regulations
- Obtain and interpret information from providers and fund managers, keeping Financial Planners informed of all communications
- Prepare new client meeting packs and other general administration duties as assigned
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year working in an administrative position, preferably in a financial services environment
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
