Key responsibilities include:

  • Composing letters and statutory documentation
  • Tracking and updating case schedules to ensure compliance with all statutory and internal deadlines
  • Generating precise file notes based on bank statements and other inquiries
  • Preparing regular case assessments and ensuring proper file maintenance
  • Communicating with creditors, debtors, and directors
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Drafting standard correspondence and documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Utilizing internal databases and systems to accurately log information
  • Providing administrative assistance to the broader team
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team; a proactive attitude is essential.
