About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at CCA Recruitment Group. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for customers with insurance and/or service-related complaints.

Our company strives to provide fair and timely resolution for our customers, and we want to ensure that their concerns are appropriately handled every time.

Your main objective when engaging with our customers will be to understand, address, and resolve their complaints while adhering to treating customers fairly principles and regulatory guidelines.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, vibrant, and rewarding role alongside a brilliant and hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
