Countrywide HQ, a leading property services company, is seeking a skilled Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of customer complaints resolution services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or complaint handling is desirable.
