About this role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Capital One - UK. As a key member of our Complaints Resolution team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate customer complaints and concerns, using critical thinking and industry knowledge to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information and updates on the status of their complaint.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and ensure that our customers receive a fair and timely outcome.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry regulation and Capital One policies, ensuring that our team is compliant and up-to-date on all relevant requirements.
