About the Role

As a key member of our Complaints Resolution team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Complaints

    You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.

  • Understand Industry Regulation

    You will need to have a good understanding of industry regulation and how it applies to our business, ensuring that our customers receive a fair and compliant service.

  • Support Customers

    You will be responsible for supporting our customers and resolving their concerns, providing a high level of service and satisfaction.

  • Investigate and Resolve Complaints

    You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that our customers receive a fair and timely resolution.

  • Remain Customer Focused

    You will need to remain customer focused at all times, putting our customers at the centre of every decision.

  • Signpost Customers to Additional Support

    You will be responsible for signposting customers to additional support resources, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.

  • Support Business Improvement

    You will be responsible for supporting our business in improving our processes and procedures, ensuring that we provide a high level of service and satisfaction to our customers.
