Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Complaints Resolution team as a Customer Complaints Case Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer complaints through to resolution, including a final written response
- Understand industry regulation and Capital One policies to ensure compliance
- Support customers and resolve their concerns through thorough investigation and empathy
- Remain customer-focused and put their needs at the centre of every decision
- Signpost customers to additional support resources as needed
- Support business improvement initiatives to enhance our processes
- Expert attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
