Customer Service Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Care team in a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading property services group, specialising in residential lettings. As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or complaint handling is desirable.
