Customer Service Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Care team in the UK.
This is an opportunity to work for a leading Property Services Group, specialising in residential lettings. We offer full-time or part-time hours, with part-time options providing flexibility in days and time.
As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' concerns are dealt with professionally. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, who can build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a team office environment handling your own caseload of customer concerns/complaints.
- Respond to calls and written communications in various formats, including letters, emails, and online feedback.
- Investigate and respond to correspondence, calculating and proposing gestures of goodwill, and updating customers within predetermined timescales.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good at building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Effective time management and managing expectations.
- Previous experience in lettings or complaint handling is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Self-motivated – able to work independently while maintaining a team player.
