At Wattbike, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support through various channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Creating opportunities to drive additional sales and revenue growth.
  • Coordinating quality control and service requests from both home and commercial sites.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to gather product feedback and improve customer experience.
  • Managing 3rd party courier delivery bookings and tracking.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing actions to continuously improve.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably with a minimum of 1 year.
  • Knowledge of the Wattbike brand and products or a passion for cycling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various internal functions and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in effective communication over the phone, chat, or email.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus, but full training will be provided.
