About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Complaints Case Handler to join our Complaints Resolution team at Capital One - UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints through to resolution, including a final written response
  • Understand industry regulation and Capital One policies to ensure compliance
  • Support customers and resolve their concerns through thorough investigation and empathy
  • Remain customer-focused and put their needs at the centre of every decision
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources as needed
  • Support business improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement
What We're Looking For
  • Expert attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and ability to manage difficult customer interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • First-hand experience within the finance industry is desirable, but not essential
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to doing the right thing
