Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints through a thorough investigation, identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing a resolution that meets the customer's needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations and Capital One's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective complaint resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
