About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Complaints Resolution team as a Customer Complaints Case Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and that their concerns are addressed in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints from receipt to resolution, including a final written response
  • Investigate customer concerns and make well-informed decisions on behalf of Capital One
  • Support customers and resolve their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Remain customer-focused and put customers at the centre of every decision
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources as needed
  • Support our business in improving our processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Expert attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Knowledge of industry regulation and Capital One policies
