Customer Complaints Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Complaints Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers' concerns are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Investigate and respond to customer correspondence, including letters, emails, and online feedback.
  • Calculate and propose gestures of goodwill to resolve customer issues.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or complaint handling is desirable.
