We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy team at Morgan Parkes Recruitment Limited. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our HR services and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer processes related to staff absence management, entitlement monitoring, staff benefits, and employee wellbeing
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters
  • Undertake absence management casework and liaise with Health & Safety as required
  • Support the business wellbeing strategy and assist with the development and delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Act as the first point of contact for external providers and agencies, including Occupational Health and Cyclescheme
  • Support staff induction and liaise with other internal services as required
  • Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely management information
  • Support HR colleagues and contribute to the wider HR function
  • Assist with recruitment activity, including interviews and probationary reviews
  • Provide administrative support to investigations and formal meetings
Requirements:
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards
  • Minimum Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) English and Maths
  • Experience in a HR-related environment using HR/Payroll systems
  • Experience of administering company/statutory maternity and paternity schemes
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our HR services. In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £26,500 and £28,000.
