**About The Role**:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join our shared services team in Solihull on a fixed term contract for 18 months

In this role you will be exposed to all aspects of HR which will help evolve your career in the HR space. Duties will include, but not limited to aspects of recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefit and reward, reporting and analytics, learning and development.

You should have previous experience working in a shared services function and have a good understanding of the scope of all HR activities to perform to a very high standard in a fast-paced environment. A team player, you will support your HR colleagues and our business stakeholders providing an excellent level of service across the business.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Day to day point of contact for regions for process guidance and policy advice
- Provide administrative support in respect of recruitment, life-cycle changes, payroll administration, leavers
- Create and issue correspondence
- Produce monthly reporting for regions to support the management of probation, fixed term contracts, etc
- Collate and provide accurate payroll data in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurate provision of data to other providers including reward and benefits
- Work with HR Payroll Advisor to resolve queries and issues
- Support the HR Business Partners with ER issues
- Ensure compliance for right to work and other legislative requirements
- Analyse starter and leaver surveys providing trend data
- Ensure all employee correspondence is filed on-line in a timely manner
- Contribute to HR projects as required
- Other adhoc HR administrative tasks commensurate with the grade of the role

**About You**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working in an HR support role
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work in an environment with changing priorities
- Experience in using Microsoft office packages particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience of working in a confidential environment
- Strong team player with a desire to learn and contribute to the success of a busy professional team
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
