We're expanding our HR team and looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join us.

As a HR Recruitment Advisor you'll be an integral part of our dealership and fleet operations teams, working as a trusted partner to our General Managers you'll also have the opportunity to work on projects coving the full range of people activities.

You'll be working with our HR Director on the implementation and adoption of our ATS, take a leading role in our Early Careers engagement strategy and support the design and delivery of the groups recruitment and retention strategy.

Role and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage the posting and advertisement of all vacancies
- Work with HRD to ensure adverts are engaging and appropriate, reflecting Johnsons values and culture.
- Identify and propose appropriate paid advertising to reduce the reliance on recruitment agencies.
- Design and distribute best practice interview guides for Management including where applicable a role based skills assessment.

Early Careers
- Design and roll out the apprentice recruitment process giving consistency to the process across the group regardless of brand.

Reporting

Provide meaningful analysis and data on a weekly / monthly basis for FM and leadership population to track the recruitment and attraction of potential new hires.
- Have a proven track record in a Recruitment role ideally within the automotive sector
- Be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
