Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at Fitfactory. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical demonstrations of our products, highlighting their capabilities, and tailoring presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Drive interest and sales through effective communication and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and product documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with scheduling and shop floor software.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in business processes.

Desired Skills

  • Proven track record in software demonstrations or implementation, particularly in a SaaS-based company.

Interview Process

  • Initial call with Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Second interview with the Hiring Manager (in-person with the Sales Director)
  • Final interview with CEO via Teams

This role is hybrid, based in Cardiff, with travel involved to visit prospects onsite.
