Our client is a leading international group that specializes in providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for the food, food service, ice cream, and beverage markets.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager - Retail Channel to join our team at Open Executive Search & Selection - Milan & London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing top clients in the retail space and developing the UK market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement account plans to deliver retention and growth among key accounts in the retail sector.
  • Conduct monthly service performance reporting to ensure a positive client experience in line with our contract.
  • Manage commercial issues as needed and proactively manage contract renewals where possible.
  • Achieve account growth targets by developing new account relationships as determined in the account plan.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Report on results monthly, showing progress against the account plan.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience managing large complex accounts and delivering sales growth in line with target plans. You will also have excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
