We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at CN Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the Financial Services industry
- Champion our learning solutions and articulate their unique value proposition within the context of financial services challenges
- Craft compelling, data-driven proposals and presentations to secure wins through strategic negotiation
- Provide ongoing support and account management as a trusted advisor to assigned clients
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B solution sales, ideally within the Financial Services industry
- Demonstrable ability to close deals and own revenue targets
- Deep understanding of financial services trends, regulations, and challenges
- Passion for innovation and ability to identify disruptive sales strategies in the EdTech space
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
