About the Role

This is a key position for a Business Development Manager operating within the Facilities Services sector. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in driving business growth and sales strategies for Michael Page Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and understand market dynamics to enhance the company's market position.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional plans.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track, report and analyse sales figures and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business development role within the facilities services, catering, or reception sector.
  • Familiar with managing tender processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • High levels of motivation, drive and resilience.
