The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from beginning to close, working closely with CMOs and other senior executives to develop relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceed monthly quota and targets, consistently delivering high-quality results and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Qualify opportunities and develop a strong pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Track sales activity using Salesforce, providing regular updates and insights to the sales team.
- Closely work with the lead generation team to establish strong qualification criteria, ensuring a high-quality pipeline.
- Report feedback to both product and marketing teams, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Self-source and cold call opportunities, proactively seeking out new business leads and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of closing experience, with a proven track record of exceeding monthly quota and targets.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to manage sales cycles and drive business growth.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, with a strong understanding of sales pipeline management and sales analytics.
- Proven success in the SaaS platform space, with a preference for experience in MarTech.
