We are seeking a seasoned and assertive Senior Brand Manager to join our global brand team and play a pivotal role in realizing Bowmore's brand aspirations. As an integral team member, you will be driven, innovative, strategic, and adaptable, continuously seeking to implement the most distinctive strategies within the single malt sector, ensuring optimal value realization for the brand while captivating new consumers through elevated brand experiences, innovation, and communication aligned with the brand's objectives.

This position will assist the Global Brand Director and Bowmore Marketing Manager in ensuring that all project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met, as well as facilitating the seamless execution of projects across external agencies, internal teams, and key markets. In this capacity, you will motivate local teams to achieve our brand objectives while consistently identifying opportunities to enhance the quality of delivery.

Collaborating closely with the Bowmore prestige team, innovation, insights, and distillery teams, this role will serve as a primary point of contact for the brand across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee or assist with critical projects related to our brand strategy, such as evaluations of our product range, pricing strategies, and experience programs. Create exceptional assets and programs that can be leveraged by key markets both online and offline to enhance brand equity. Contribute to the ongoing definition and development of a new digital ecosystem. Collaborate with PBMC markets to ensure successful deployment of our brand strategies and provide markets with the necessary resources for excellent execution. Inspire and support market teams in launching brand innovations effectively across both online and offline channels. Develop brand education and advocacy initiatives while identifying trade engagement opportunities within key projects. Assist in performance analysis and management processes for the Scotch & Irish Portfolio to pinpoint key issues and opportunities, assessing the 'what and why' and making actionable recommendations. Support the Brand Director and Global Marketing Manager in ensuring that asset requirements are understood, communicated, and successfully delivered. Manage the BI budget, ensuring precise accounting of expenditures. Identify best practices and utilize them to enhance our programs and assets or inspire local markets. Foster key relationships with members of the Scotch brand team, Innovation, Prestige, digital teams, BS Commercial markets, Operations, Finance, Global Insights, Visitor Centre, Distillery teams, and External Agencies including creative, design, and PR.

Required Qualifications

University degree (preferably in Business or Marketing). Over 5 years of experience in brand management or creative/innovation management. Experience collaborating with commercial finance teams and understanding P&L dynamics. Strong creative and innovative problem-solving abilities. Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple inputs and outputs. History of cross-functional team leadership and fostering motivation and enthusiasm for breakthrough marketing.

Additional desired qualifications:

International experience. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Experience in premium/luxury spirits or other luxury sectors.
