About the Position:
The Marketing division is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to oversee the execution of extensive multi-market and multi-channel marketing initiatives. This pivotal role is essential for the effective realization of campaign strategies developed by the Campaign Strategist. You will facilitate collaboration between central and regional teams across various channels to enhance integration, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies. We are in search of an individual who is enthusiastic about marketing and adept at managing cross-functional campaigns, with a proven history of uniting teams on intricate and successful projects through exceptional campaign management and proficient stakeholder engagement. You will report directly to the Campaign Strategist and collaborate closely with the Grow Awareness Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution and Coordination:
Oversee and implement comprehensive campaign activities based on strategies formulated by the Campaign Strategist and regional marketing leaders. Develop a timeline to illustrate the sequencing of agreed-upon activities with marketing teams. Lead the execution of the campaign timeline from initial planning to final analysis. Establish and manage key milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Identify potential risks and proactively address obstacles.Stakeholder Engagement:
Proactively communicate campaign progress, outcomes, and requirements. Influence stakeholders at various levels to secure input, alignment, and support. Act as the primary liaison for all significant campaign contributors.Budget Management:
Assist in the development and oversight of central campaign budgets. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to achieve budgetary objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in tandem with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align with business objectives. Connect global and regional teams to enhance campaign integration.Tools and Processes:
Implement effective systems and tools for transparency and tracking. Continuously refine processes through analysis, feedback, and improvement.Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates on campaign status and results to stakeholders. Lead collaborative sessions for campaign reporting and coordination. Ensure the availability of campaign-related materials for planning discussions. Fully engage in the design and execution of collaborative planning sessions.Marcomms Calendar Management:
Collaborate with the Market Development lead to establish the operational framework of the marcomms calendar. Assist in managing marcomms ceremonies, communications, and reporting.Essential Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Manager or in a comparable role, successfully executing marketing campaigns or complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Experience in advertising operations, account management, or campaign management is advantageous. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Miro, Confluence, Slack, JIRA) and Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.#LI-SM2
