Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Location: Glasgow

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Overview:

As a Digital Account Manager at Marketing Mavens, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth, managing client relationships, and executing digital marketing strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met through effective communication and hands-on marketing activities. You'll collaborate with the internal team to deliver results while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Growth & Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
    • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to drive client growth.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
    • Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) to reflect positive client feedback and relationships.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, and social media.
    • Utilise tools such as Lemlist, Brevo, HubSpot, and Content Studio to optimise campaigns.
    • Track and analyse performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet client objectives.
  • Content Planning & Creation:
    • Develop and oversee content strategies aligned with client objectives.
    • Ensure high-quality content is created for blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in content delivery.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis:
    • Create detailed reports using Agency Analytics and HubSpot, highlighting progress and results.
    • Provide weekly updates to clients on campaign activities and performance.
    • Use insights to optimise future campaigns and improve outcomes.
  • Project Management:
    • Ensure client projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Use ClickUp to track project progress and maintain an organised workflow.
  • Collaboration & Delegation:
    • Work closely with internal teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
    • Delegate tasks as needed to team members, ensuring timelines and quality are met.
  • Influencer & Community Engagement:
    • Collaborate with influencers to boost client visibility.
    • Build and manage online communities to enhance brand engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Proposal Development:
    • Ensure lead generation goals are met through marketing efforts.
    • Develop and present proposals that align with client objectives and drive results.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and account management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Lemlist, Brevo, HubSpot, ClickUp, and Content Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise marketing strategies based on data.
