About the Role

The Cigna Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development
    • Work with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.
    • Develop and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and coach team members to ensure campaign success.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
    • Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager who possesses:

  • Proven experience in managing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.
  • Creative strategic thinking with a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and communicate with confidence at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a strong understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies.
  • IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
