Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the formulation and execution of brand and direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Ensure timely communication and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage the comprehensive delivery of brand and DTC marketing efforts, from crafting marketing briefs to supervising budget allocations, objectives, creative development, and timely execution.
  • Work closely with the Broker Marketing Manager on marketing outputs derived from brand initiatives.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external partners to shape and implement campaign strategies.
  • Design and execute campaigns aimed at enhancing conversion rates, including customer engagement journeys.
  • Collaborate with the CMO, performance marketing team, and media agency to create a strong SEO strategy for organic growth.
  • Supervise the GIH website as a vital asset for lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Assess media strategies, explore new channels, and ensure that clear objectives are achieved.
  • Plan, forecast, and analyze campaign budgets and performance in conjunction with analytics and performance marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage the GIH social media content calendar.
  • Contribute to the marketing planning process for brand and DTC projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to foster innovation.
  • Operate within risk and compliance frameworks and support broker marketing initiatives as necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.
  • Ability to think innovatively and deliver integrated campaign strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with agency partners and internal teams for effective campaign execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing for brand visibility and lead generation, especially in retail or premium markets.
  • Experience in international marketing practices.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and adaptability to a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Passion for marketing and a commitment to fostering innovative practices.
  • Commercial insight with precise forecasting and budget oversight.
  • Expertise in data analysis and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Operational experience within a matrixed organization.
  • Understanding of customer engagement methodologies.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
