Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and direct-to-consumer engagement, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Ensure timely communication and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage the comprehensive delivery of marketing campaigns, from the initial briefing stage to budget management, goal setting, creative development, and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the Broker Marketing Manager to align broker marketing outputs with overarching brand strategies.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners to refine and implement campaign strategies.
  • Design and execute campaigns focused on increasing customer conversion rates, including customer engagement journeys.
  • Work alongside the CMO, performance marketing specialists, and media agencies to formulate a strong SEO strategy for sustainable organic growth.
  • Supervise the GIH website as a vital asset for generating leads and driving conversions.
  • Assess media strategies, explore new marketing channels, and ensure that clear objectives are achieved.
  • Plan, project, and analyze campaign budgets and performance metrics in collaboration with analytics and performance marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain the GIH social media content calendar.
  • Contribute to the strategic marketing planning for brand and direct-to-consumer projects.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and share insights to foster innovation.
  • Operate within risk management and compliance frameworks, providing support for broker marketing initiatives as necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across both paid media and owned channels.
  • Ability to think innovatively and deliver cohesive omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with agency partners and internal teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Extensive knowledge in marketing for brand recognition and lead generation, particularly within retail or premium markets.
  • Experience in global marketing initiatives.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and adaptability to a fast-paced marketing landscape.
  • Genuine passion for marketing and a commitment to pioneering innovative practices.
  • Commercial insight with precise forecasting and budget oversight.
  • Expertise in data analysis and the ability to present findings effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Operational experience within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Understanding of strategies for customer engagement.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
